Abstract
The present study aims to provide an effective model on the entrepreneurial attitude and competence of high school students. In this way, the survey method used. The data collection technique is a researcher-made questionnaire designed in the form of a total of Likert scores, the validity of which confirmed by two forms, CVI and CVR. The statistical population of this study includes principals and teachers in schools that have experience in providing entrepreneurship education programs, as well as faculty members and all educators and staff who have expertise or experience in entrepreneurship education at the secondary level, using the Cochran 400 formula selected as a sample through disproportionate cluster sampling. The results showed that entrepreneurial curriculum, entrepreneurial teachers, entrepreneurial school environment and school principals are associated with entrepreneurial competence. There is also a relationship between access to IT infrastructure, the organizational structure of schools, how students spend their leisure time, a network of friends and peers, parents, government support, and education policies with an entrepreneurial attitude. In addition, the structural model obtained using AMOS software indicates the appropriate fit of the model, that the factors studied in the model in the form of independent variables have been able to explain about 22% of entrepreneurial competence and 36% of entrepreneurial attitude.
