Identifying facilitators of commercialization of science and technology from the perspective of internationalization of higher education

Abstract
Dobandirea competentelor internationale in cadrul programelor Erasmus -oportunitati privind facilitarea trecerii de la statutu Creating a platform for the commercialization of knowledge, in addition to providing economic value to organizations, leads to economic and technical growth of society. Today, the commercialization of academic achievements has a special place in the development of scientific, technical, economic and social systems. Because innovation does not occur in isolation and is largely the result of collaboration between different sectors, like firms, universities must configure their resources according to objectives in order to respond to dynamic market changes. This research seeks to identify the metamorphosis facilitators from the perspective of internationalization of higher education. Therefore, the research method is applied in terms of purpose and hybrid in terms of data collection. To select articles by searching in Web of Science and Scopus databases, 39 documents published in the period 2015-2021 were identified as relevant and valid documents and then the selected documents were reviewed and coded with a hyper-combined approach. Finally, Theme analysis has led to the identification of 6 categories: access to finance, access to technological knowledge, sharing of equipment and infrastructure, institutional factors, access to international distribution channels, technology-based alliances and their subsets. The results of the issue of commercialization of innovation from the perspective of internationalization of higher education show that research in this field is in its early stages of maturity and needs further study.
