Abstract
In today's world, in order to use the maximum potential of the country's human capital, it is necessary to consider policies to increase women's employment and focus on removing barriers to women's participation in the labor market. This study intends to collect the views and approaches of women in the Iranian labor market and using thematic analysis to extract the barriers that women face directly in the workplace in the labor market. The tool used in this study is to collect interview information, which is done from a sample of women with different employment conditions, and to analyze the interview data, thematic analysis method is used. Based on the results, women's job barriers in the labor market. Iran was classified into three stages: job entry, job retention and career advancement.
