Abstract
At the time of the COVID-19 epidemic, the global education system is in the process of transitioning and adapting to new and challenging situations that test the individual's conventional learning process in the classroom and invest in virtual and e-learning. In this study, we sought to design such a model by asking the basic question of a model for entrepreneurial learning in the Iranian university e-learning system. Because of the wide range of influencing variables and the complexities of the underlying phenomena under study, the theory and capacity of the underlying theory were explored in this model. In-depth data collection using in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 14 experts who are simultaneously in the field of e-learning and university and have experience in designing e-learning courses. Data analyzed through open, axial and selective coding using MaxQuoda 2018 software. The paradigm of entrepreneurial learning includes the central phenomenon (interactive learning, online opportunism), causal conditions, contextual conditions, interventionist variables, strategies and consequences of entrepreneurial learning (individual and organizational levels). These results provide valuable insights for university administrators and researchers on how to shape and develop entrepreneurial learning among e-university students. Finally, suggestions were made for future research.
