An analys Extramarital relations from legal perspective

The purpose of the present study is to investigate and explain the nature of Extramarital relationships from a legal and jurisprudential perspective. For this purpose, a descriptive and analytical research method was used. Information was also collected using the library method and by means of a variety of tools including books, articles, theses, dictionaries, websites, printed texts indexed in databases, and other related resources in public, specialized or digital libraries. After examining and defining the extramarital affair, the effects and consequences of these relationships, moral principles related to married life, rulings and effects related to spousal infidelity from a jurisprudential and legal point of view, women's legal problems in dealing with spousal extramarital affairs are discussed. In terms of legal grounds, it is also very important to pay attention to two issues: first, that a man or a woman cannot deprive his wife of any of his rights due to the betrayal of his wife. And secondly, the position of the religious and customary legislator is much more severe than the betrayal of the wife than the betrayal of the husband. It can be said that by accepting the legal basis, less damage is done to the family center. Moral and ideological teachings can also institutionalize moral foundations for them.
