استكشاف التجربة الحياتية لموظفي الوظائف المؤقتة من منظور تعويض الخدمة بمنهج الظاهري الكولايزي

المستخلص
موظفو الوظائف المؤقتة، هم طيف من الموارد البشرية الذين يعملون بناءً على طريقة عمل غير دائمة، بدون عقد دائم، بشكل مقاولة ودوام جزئي ومرن ويقدمون الخدمات لمنظمة واحدة أو عدة منظمات وأصحاب عمل. مع الزيادة اليومية في توظيف هذا النوع من الموظفين من قبل أصحاب العمل، وكذلك تعويض الخدمة المتميزة عن القوانين التقليدية، نشأت تحديات في مجال المدفوعات وتعويض الخدمة لإدارة الموارد البشرية، ومن أهمها لموظفي الوظائف المؤقتة. أجريت هذه الدراسة بهدف الوصول إلى فهم عميق للكمية والنوعية لتعويض خدمة موظفي الوظائف المؤقتة. الاستراتيجية البحثية كيفية، ومن نوع المنهج الظاهري الوصفي. تم الحصول على البيانات المطلوبة من خلال مقابلات مفتوحة مع 15 شخصاً من موظفي الوظائف المؤقتة النشطين في مجالات إنتاج المحتوى، البرمجة، تصميم واجهة المستخدم، البيع عبر الإنترنت، التدوين، المحاسبة والتسويق الرقمي، بطريقة أخذ عينات هادفة، حيث تم استخدام عملية كولايزي ذات سبع خطوات لترتيب وتنظيم وتحليل البيانات المروية. تم تصنيف نتائج الدراسة في شكل 4 فئات رئيسية و15 فئة فرعية. الفئات الرئيسية للدراسة هي: فقدان المزايا الجانبية؛ مع أربع فئات فرعية تشمل فقدان التسهيلات الرفاهية، فقدان التأمين الصحي، فقدان المزايا التقاعدية وفقدان العطلات والإجازات. الفئة الرئيسية فقدان العدالة؛ مع أربع فئات فرعية تشمل الدفع أقل من عرف السوق، فقدان العدالة في الأجر، سرقة الأجر وشعور بالحرمان. الفئة الرئيسية الهوية البنائية؛ مع ثلاث فئات فرعية بناء شبكة الاتصالات، وجود مزايا هامشية وبارادوكس الحكم عليها، وأخيراً، الفئة الرئيسية أولوية العلاقة على القاعدة والمهارة على الشهادة؛ مع أربع فئات فرعية أجر مرتبط بالعلاقة، أجر محوره المهارة، فقدان علاقات عمل محددة وتركيز الأجر على صاحب العمل.
