تقدیم نموذج للتعلیم الریادی فی نظام التعلیم الابتدائی

المستخلص
إن أحد الاتجاهات الحدیثه فی تعلیم ریاده الأعمال هو تنمیه المدارس الریادیه باعتبارها مرکز علم وتکنولوجیا وتوظیف العلوم والمعارف، وهذا الأمر یقود إلی تنمیه البلدان وتطویرها. یسعی البحث الراهن إلی تقدیم نموذج للتعلیم الریادی فی نظام التعلیم الابتدائی باستخدام طریقه التجمیع التلوی لنموذج ساندلوسکی وبارسو. انطلاقا من ذلک وبعد البحث فی المواقع المعلوماتیه المعتبره مثل ProQuest، Emerald، Science Direct، Sage، Springer، Scopus وفق المعاییر المحدده تم اختیار 35 مقوله وبعد تحلیل محتوی هذه المقولات تم استخراج المفاهیم والکودات المتعلقه بها وفی النهایه قمنا بتحدید أهمیه کل من هذه المقولات باستخدام طریقه شانون الأنتروبیا. وبناء علی البیانات التی حصلنا علیها فی هذا البحث کانت مفاهیم خصائص ریاده الأعمال لمدیری المدارس، وخصائص ریاده الأعمال للمعلمین، وثقافه ریاده الأعمال فی المدرسه، وطرق التدریس الریادیه، ومشارکه أصحاب المصلحه الخارجیین فی تعلیم ریاده الأعمال فی المدرسه، ومناهج ریاده الأعمال، والرؤیه المستقبلیه لریاده الأعمال فی التعلیم، والعوامل السیاسیه والموقف الریادی للوالدین وحوافز الطلاب ونوع المدرسه لها الأهمیه القصوی من بین العوامل التی تؤثر علی تعلیم ریاده الأعمال فی المدارس الابتدائیه. کما أن تبعات تعلیم ریاده الأعمال فی المدارس الابتدائیه تشمل الرؤیه الریادیه، والمهارات الریادیه، والمعرفه الریادیه والقدرات الریادیه. إن نتائج هذا البحث بإمکانها توفیر رؤی قیمه فی إطار تنمیه وتطویر التعلیم الریادی فی النظام التعلیمی الابتدائی.
