مفهوم ریاده الأعمال المزدوجه - الترکیبیه شبه الحکومیه فی إیران

بالتزامن مع التحولات التی شهدها أسواق عالم المال والأعمال، ظهرت نماذج عمل جدیده فی الأسواق تختلف عن الأعمال المتعارف علیها؛ إحدی هذه الأعمال التی نالت اهتمام واضعی السیاسات والباحثین فی مجال ریاده الأعمال والإداره هی ریاده الأعمال المزدوجه – الترکیبیه، وقد أصبح هذا المجال ذات شعبیه لدی المتعلمین الجامعیین. إنّ منهجنا فی هذا البحث هو المنهج الکیفی- الاکتشافی، ونهدف من ورائه تحدید العوامل المؤثره علی هذا النوع من ریاده الأعمال. یتکون مجتمع البحث من 13 شخصاً من رواد الأعمال المتفوقین علی الصعید الوطنی. وقد کان هؤلاء الرواد قد وُظفوا فی قطاعات خاصه. إن طریقه الحصول علی البیانات تمت عبر استخدام الاستماره شبه المهیکله وبشکل تحلیل المحتوی للترمیزات. تظهر النتائج بأنّ ریاده الأعمال المزدوجه- الترکیبیه لدیها ممیزات وخصائص معرفیه تختلف عن ریاده الأعمال بدوام کامل. من هذه الممیزات نذکر الخصائص النفسیه، والمحفزات الریادیه، والخصائص السکانیه والبیئیه وشبکه کشف الموارد والعوامل التیسیریه فی المؤسسات، وهی خصائص تجعل هذا النوع من ریاده الأعمال مختلفه عن غیرها من الأنواع.
