تأثیر القیاده الرشیقه علی إداره التواصل مع العملاء بالاعتماد علی الدور الوسیط للقیاده الریادیه

إنّ تنمیه المهارات القیادیه باتت ضروره من أجل تکوین استراتیجیه ریادیه لتحقیق التنافس فی البیئات المعقده وضمان النجاح فی الأعمال الاقتصادیه والتجاریه. ویعزز القاده الناجحون قدرات أتباعهم فی سبیل تحقیق أهداف المجموعه التی یدیرونها. من جانب آخر وبعد تطویر وتغییر المفاهیم المتعلقه بالتسویق، تغیرت تبعاً لذلک رؤی المؤسسات إزاء العملاء والمستهلکین من أجل خلق علاقات مستدامه، وأصبحت الأسواق التنافسیه الحالیه تتطلب صناعات وخدمات بإمکانها التغلب علی التحدیات التی تواجهها هذه المؤسسات وأن تقدم خدماتها ومنتجاتها دون تکالیف باهضه. بعد مراجعه الدراسات السابقه وخلفیه البحث تبین وجود شح فی الدراسات حول هذا الموضوع لاسیما عندما یکون الدور الوسیط فی الدراسات هو موضوع القیاده الریادیه. إنّ الدراسه الحالیه من حیث الهدف والغایه هی دراسه توظیفیه ومن حیث الطبیعه والمنهج هی دراسه وصفیه- ترابطیه. فی تحلیل بیانات اختبار کولموغوروف-سمیرنوف، أظهرت النتائج بأنّ توزیع البیانات لم یکن طبیعیاً، وعلی هذا الأساس، تم استخدام تقنیه Smart Pls[1] لتحلیل البیانات ودراستها. وقد لجأنا إلی أسلوب بی ال اس (PLS) للتوفیق وتقییم صدق نماذج المعادلات الهیکلیه التی تغطی ثلاثه أقسام وهی: ملائمه نماذج القیاس، وملائمه نموذج الهیکل وملائمه النموذج الکلی. دلت النتائج علی أنّ النموذج المفهومی یتمتع بنسبه مناسبه من الملائمه الإحصائیه. کما ومن أجل دراسه فرضیات البحث استخدمنا معامل الحرکه ومقدار إحصاء T، وقد تم التأکد من صحتها جمیعاً. وأظهرت النتائج أن ّاستخدام القیاده الرشیقه تتطلب تواصلاً مع العملاء والمستهلکین، ومن جانب آخر فإنّ وجود قیاده بمعنویات ریادیه من شأنها التأثیر فی النظام الحدیث للمؤسسه، وفی النهایه خلق تواصل بنّاء مع المستهلکین.
