دور الاتجاهات المعنویه وأسالیب التفکیر فی توقع التعافی بعد التعرض للإصابه

یسعی البحث الراهن إلی تحدید دور الاتجاهات المعنویه وأسالیب التفکیر فی توقع التعافی بعد التعرض للإصابه بین مصابی الحرب المفروضه. اعتمدنا فی البحث الراهن علی المنهج الوصفی – الترابطی. وتکونت أفراد عینه البحث من 362 شخصاً من مصابی الحرب المفروضه العراقیه الایرانیه (وکانت إصابات 267 منهم تتراوح بین 25 بالمئه إلی 49 بالمئه فیما کانت إصابه 95 شخصاً بین 50 إلی 70 بالمئه. ینتمی أفراد عینه البحث إلی مدن محافظه طهران، وقد تم اختیارهم بصوره عشوائیه وقمنا بعملیه تقییمیه استناداً إلی استماره الاتجاهات المعنویه لجابر وآخرین (2012م)، والتعافی بعد التعرض للإصابه لتدسجی وکالهون (2011م) وأسالیب التفکیر لاسترنبرغ وواغنر (1979م). أظهر تحلیل نتائج الارتباط والانحدار لرجرسیون متعدد المتغیرات أنّ هناک علاقه داله بین المیول الروحیه والمعنویه وبین أسالیب التفکیر ما بعد الإصابه لدی مصابی الحرب. والمیول المعنویه (Beta=0.711) وأسالیب التفکیر التشریعیه (Beta=0.559 )، یمکن أن تتوقع التعافی بعد الإصابه بشکل دال (p<0.01).کما تمکنت المیول المعنویه وأسالیب التفکیر من تفسیر 65٪ من التغییرات فی التعافی بعد الإصابه. تدعم النتائج حقیقه أنّ الروحانیات والمیول الروحیه المیول الروحیه إلی جانب أسلوب التفکیر قد اضطلع بدور مهمّ ومؤثّر للغایه فی التعافی بعد الإصابه لدی مصابی الحرب. لذلک، یبدو أنه من الضروری تصمیم برامج تعلیمیه أو إرشادیه لمصابی الحرب وفقاً لهذه النتائج.
