ابو عامر احمد بن عبدالملک بن شهید از بزرگان ادب عربی در اندلس قرن پنجم هجری است ، وی شاعر و نویسنده و ناقدی چیره دست بود و مقاله ای حاضر ابعاد مختلف این شخصیت بر جسته یعنی نظم و نثر و آراء نقدی همچنین رساله ای زیبای وی « التوابع والزوابع » را که بیانگر خلاقیت ذهن شاعر است مورد بررسی قرار می دهد .
