He shows a completely different personality to the readers with his multidimensional characters. Putting these contradictory behaviors on the linguistic-semiotic course of research will help us draw a certain pattern of this protagonist and interpret his paradoxical behaviors based on the obtained pattern. Using this science in the analysis of Mustafa Saeed, it becomes clear that he is a representative of the dark world of the poor, with the author believing that one should not resort to revenge to free themselves from their current situations but must try, relying on his inborn talents and attempt to master the modern science, to change the status quo and turn it to a better world. تتمیّز شخصیات البطل فی روایات الطیب صالح بسمات ودلالات کثیره، أبرزها شخصیه «مصطفی سعید عثمان» بصفته بطل الروایه؛ حیث یتمیّز بنفسیات متباینه وتصرّفات متناقضه، تحیّر القارئ وتضعه تلقاء لوحه غیر واضحه. وعلی الرغم من ذلک، فإنّ طرح هذه السلوکیات المتناقضه علی بوتقه البحث السیمیائی سیساعد علی رسم صوره واضحه عنه، تفسّر هذه التصرّفات وتشفّر رموز تعاملاته مع مختلف الناس من شتّی الأعراق. وقد اعتمدنا فی هذا البحث اللسانی-السمیائی منهج الدراسات الوصفی – التحلیلی، لیتبیّن أنّ مصطفی سعید یمثّل عالم السود المظلوم ضدّ عالم البیض الظالم، حیث لا یری طریق التخلّص مما هم فیه فی الانتقام – حسبما یرسمه الکاتب، بل فی اعتماد القدرات النفسیه وبذل المساعی للتزوّد بالعلوم الحدیثه والتمسّک بها لتغییر الظروف الراهنه والسیر إلی عالم أفضل.

Past includes memories, childhood, historical periods of the homeland that is lost. Nostalgic glance is used in literary works for purposes such as restoring and strengthening national and religious identities, unity and creating a spirit of movement and motivation. The purpose of this study is to compare the nostalgic effects and its manifestations in the poems of Abdolkarim al-Karmi and Mohammad Farrokhi Yazdi. The research is descriptive and analytical and has used qualitative content analysis relying on comparative method. The hypothesis is that the political and social conditions of Palestine and Iran during these two poets could provide the context, and requirement for attention to nostalgic effects in their lyrics. Reference to the Arab and Islamic identity, the nostalgia of homeland, childhood memories, names of the cities, villages and mountains of Palestine in al-Karmi and references of heroes and ancient figures, is a reminder of the glorious past in Yazdi’s works are the most significant nostalgia effects. And their main goal was identity, the revival of national sentiment and expansion of hope in the people and defenders of the homeland, against foreign enemies and domestic treacherous leaders, as well as sustainability and resistance. النوستالجیا کمفهوم هو "الحنین إلی ماض مثالی" والحزن والندم والغربه، کما أنه یعنی استحاله العوده إلی الماضی وتشمل الذکریات والطفوله والمراحل التاریخیه للوطن. یستخدم النوستالجیا للحنین إلی الماضی فی شعرالمقاومه لأغراض مثل استعاده وتعزیز الهویه الوطنیه والدینیه والوحده وخلق روح الحمیه والإثاره. والغایه من هذا البحث مقارنه مظاهر النوستالجیا وتجلیاتها فی قصائد عبد الکریم الکرمی ومحمد فروخی یزدی فی ظل المقاومه، معتمداً المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی والنهج المقارن علی أساس المدرسه الأمریکیه. بناء علی دراسه هذا البحث، وفّرت الظروف السیاسیه والاجتماعیه لفلسطین وإیران خلال حیاه الشاعرین حقلاً مناسباً لإبراز مظاهر النوستالجیا فی قصائدهما. کما أن الإشاره إلی الهویه العربیه والإسلامیه، الشوق للوطن، فی أشعار الکرمی، وذکر أسماء الأبطال والشخصیات القدیمه، وذکری الماضی المجید للوطن عند فرخی یزدی، شکلت أهم مظاهر النوستالجیا فی شعر هذین الشاعرین. کشف البحث عن وجود نقاط مشترکه ومتباینه ، مبیناً اسباب ظهور النوستالجیا و أنواع مظاهره کموضوع للبحث. النقاط المشترکه؛ هی إحیاء المشاعر الوطنیه والتفاؤل والأمل عند الشعب والإشاده بالمدافعین عن الوطن ضد الأعداء والقاده الخونه المحلیین، فترکت الحاله السیاسیه أثرها علی الشعور النوستالجی. فحمل النوستالجیا روح المقاومه وهو من النوع الاجتماعی والاحتجاجی والوظائفی حتی یکون مدعاه لتحریض الشعب علی الثبات والمقاومه فی سبیل تحریر الوطن، أما فی النقاط المتباینه، توصل البحث إلی أن النوستالجیا الوجودی له الحضور القاطع والأقوی لدی الکرمی غیر أن التحسّر والحنین إلی البیئه الضائعه لدی فروخی أقوی وأشد حضوراً فی شعره.

Zakaria Tamer, who begins the song "Blue Coarse" with a philosophical vision interspersed with absurdity, realistic black criticism and rhetoric toward those influenced by materialism and machinations in this degenerate world where original values and ideals were lost. As such, the basic problem of the research is to determine the role of the text's semantics and its thresholds which help readers absorb the subject mentioned in "the Blue Coarse" to plot based on the theory of French critic Gerard Genette, who shows his critical experience of relations and transcendental transcripts in different ways. The most important findings of this study are based on the descriptive-analytical approach. The title and effectiveness of color, text, space, time, and the character in the semantic field based on the coding and displacement through metaphors, as receptive mechanisms, illustrates the ability of Tamer in the field of creativity and the reflection of absurdity that makes man depart from humanity and self-purity. Many of them seek to rebel the pressure and change the harsh conditions and others because of their sense of frustration and despair that are subject to surrender from the absurdity of life that is alienating, sinful or suicidal. یتناول هذا البحث دراسه جدلیه الإنسان المعاصر والعبثیه التی شغلت الجانب الأﻛﺒﺮ من اهتمامات الأدباء واﻟﻤﻔﻜرین والفلاسفه فی العصر الحدیث.فها هو زﻛﺮیا تامر ینطلق فی قصته القصیره «الأغنیه الزرقاء الخشنه» من رؤیه فلسفیه تتشاﺑﻚفیها العبثیه والواقعیه الانتقادیه السوداء والسخریه الصاخبه لـتأبین الإنسان المعاصر الذی حنّطته المادیات والآلآت المخترعه فی هذا العالم المنحطّ الذی ضاعت فیه القیم الأصیله والـمُثُـل العلیا. بهذا التصور تتمثل الإﺷﻜﺎلیه الأساسیه لموضوع البحث فی تحدید دور دلالات النصّ وإیحاءات عتباته التی تساعد المتلقّی لاستیعاب الموضوع المذکور فی القصه المشار إلیها وذلک من خلال نظریه الناقد الفرنسی جیرار جینیت الذی یکشف فی تجربته النقدیه عن العلاقات والمتعالیات النصیه بطرق مختلفه. فمن أهمّ ما توصلت هذه الدراسه إلیها من نتائج معتمده فی ذﻟﻚ علی المنهج الوصفی-التحلیلی، هی أنّ لکل من العنوان وفاعلیه اللون والغلاف الخارجی باعتبارها مداخل للنصّ، شأنَه فی لعبه النصّ،کما أنّ المتن والفضاء والزمان والشخصیه اﻟﺤﻜﺎئیه فی المستوی الدلالی واستناد القاصّ إلی الترمیز والانزیاح عبر الاستعارات واﻟﻜﻨﺎیات فی المستوی الأسلوبی للنصّ کشف لنا ﺑﻜﻞ جلاء عن قدره تامر فی مجال اﻧﻌﻜاس العبثیه التی تجعل الإنسان المعاصر ینسلخ عن الإنسانیه ونقاء الذات.ﻛﺬلک اﻧﻌﻜﺲ للقارئ العدید من أﺷﻜﺎل ظهور هذه اﻟﻔﻜره وتجلّیها لدی الإنسان من خلال الشخصیات القصصیه، فبعضهم یسعی إلی التمرد للإطاحه بالضغط وتغییر الظروف القاسیه، والبعض الآخر یخضع للاستسلام بسبب إحساسه بالإحباط والیأس من عبثیه الحیاه، فیقوم بالاغتراب أو الإثم أو الانتحار.

Now, if we claim that morality is the foundation of Islamic law, the claim for the signing of marriage contract and other legal institutions needs serious reflection, and cannot be in line with the current realities of the Islamic society. From this, one can only claim to have signed the form of this institution as a covenant and consider its related juridical bases and principles to be established by Tom. With the new readings based on its institutionalization and its acceptance give way to the innovation in judgments and provides the ability to adapt to time and place in the best possible manner in different periods. Accordingly, this research uses descriptive-analytical method and library tools to provide a new explanation of family through juridical and legal essence, contrary to the famous jurisprudential sayings and proves the institutionalization of marriage based on the two principles of ethic and chastity and considers marriage as institutionalized in terms of contract, principles, rules and behavioral nature. ان التاریخ یظهر أن المناخ المسیطر علی الواقع الاجتماعی والثقافی فی مرحله ما قبل الإسلام کان یفتقر للمبادئ والأسس الأخلاقیه فی مجال الحقوق لاسیما الحقوق المتعلقه بالأسره. والحال ینص علی أنه ومادمنا ندعی الأخلاق – ونری أن الأخلاق فی الدین قد قام وفق أسس ومبادئ – فإن موضوع النکاح وطریقته القائمه علی التوقیع بالإضافه إلی باقی القضایا الحقوقیه المشابهه، تحتاج منا إلی قراءه فاحصه وتدبّر عمیق؛ ذلک أن هذا المبدأ الإسلامی لا یمکن أن ینطبق تماما مع الواقع الراهن فی المجتمع الإسلامی. من هذا المنطلق یمکننا فقط أن نزعم أن هذا التوقیع الذی یؤسس لأمر النکاح لا یعدّ سوی عقد إلزامی وإنه أسس المبادئ والأسس والأحکام الفقهیه المتعلقه به تأسیسا تاما بقراءه حدیثه وعصریه تقوم علی اعتبار هذا الأمر قضیه مقننه وتأسیسیه وتقبله فإننا نستطیع أن نساهم فی خلق الإبداع کما نستطیع أن نعطی قابلیه الانسجام مع الزمان والمکان فی أحسن شکل ممکن. یسعی البحث الراهن إلی تقدیم قراءه جدیده عن الماهیه الفقهیه والحقوقیه للأسره فی الإسلام. وتوصل البحث خلافا للقول المشهور إلی اعتبار أمر النکاح أمرا تأسیسیا وفق أصلین أخلاقین هما العفاف والعرف وانتهی إلی أن النکاح من الناحیه الشکلیه یندرج ضمن الأحکام التوقیعیه ومن ناحیه المعنی والمضمون یعدّ أمرا تأسیسیا.

In this sense, the departure from the spoken language i.e. from the ordinary writing to the literary language is a poem full of linguistic and artistic wonders. Prominent writers and poets such as Badr Shaker, Adonis and others have always benefited from this aspect. One of the most important allegations that the meaning of de-awareness has been widely used and reflected in Alaslaha wa al-Atfal of Badr Shaker, a great, innovative and contemporary Iraqi poet. In this paper, the authors have adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to highlight the semantic descriptive aspects of the said phrases. This issue has been addressed through various ways and mechanisms such as simile, metaphor, genius, sense, and paradox. The results indicate that deafening of semantics has greatly influenced the creation of literary-poetic language. The general picture of the poem shows the encounter between the children's world and its strength, activity and vitality, and what evokes the heart of the pleasure that is satisfied amid the sound of fire, tanks and bullets. The poet represents the children's world with all skills, and paints the world free of tyrants. یعدّ الانزیاح الدلالیّ من أهمّ الموضوعات المطروحه فی النقد الأدبی الحدیث، وهو ضرب من الخروج عن اللغه المعتاده المألوفه إلی لغهٍ ملؤها الاستغراب الکلامیّ الدّلالیّ، وقد وظّفه الأدباء وکبار الکُتّاب فی کتاباتهم وأشعارهم کراراً وتکراراً، علی غرار ما نلاحظه فی أشعار جمله من شعراء العرب المعاصرین کبدر شاکر السیّاب وأدونیس وغیرهم. من أهمّ القصائد التی تبلورت فیها ظاهره الانزیاح الدلالی قصیده «الأسلحه والأطفال» للشاعر المبدع العراقی بدر شاکر السیّاب. فقد تطرق الباحثون عبر منهج النقد الشکلانی فی هذا البحث إلی تجلّیات الانزیاح الدّلالی - الاستبدالی فی هذه القصیده والتی تتمثّل آلیّاته فی التّشبیه والاستعاره والکنایه وتراسل الحواسّ والمفارقه. تفید نتائج الدارسه أنّ هذه القصیده تتمتّع بازدواجیّه دلالیّه بین السّلام والحرب یعبّر عنهما السیّاب بأسلوب انزیاحی، فیستخدم آلیّات الانزیاح الدّلالی- الاستبدالی لیضفی علی نصّه الشّعریّ رونقا وجمالا ویعبّر عن خوالج ضمیره ومکامن فکره بتقنّیات بیانیّه تجعل المتلقّی یتّبع صوره الشعریه الانزیاحیه. فالقصیده تحمل فی طیّات سطورها بارقات الأمل المعلّق علی الأجیال الآتیه المتمثّل فی العصافیر والأطفال، کما أنّ خطاب السیّاب فی القصیده أحیاناً لا یخلو من إمارات الیأس والفشل والعتاب الموجّه إلی الآباء الذین قد صاروا طوعا أو کرها أداه فی ید تجّار الحدید وباعه الأسلحه. الصوره العامّه للقصیده تبیّن لنا التقابل بین دنیا الأطفال فی عصمتها ونشاطها وحیویّتها وما تثیر فی القلب من الّلذه المستکینه، وما بین الدّعوه إلی الحدید والنّار والدّبابات والرصاص

"Virtual Literature" is used as a new literary theory that seeks to break down the format and content of traditional and written literature and create a new plan. After describing and understanding the realities of digital and cyberspace, this paper seeks to provide the necessary reasons for designing and expanding the definition of "virtual literary theory" based on scientific bases. The results of this study explain the Definition of virtual literature, origin and causes of the emergence of virtual literature, such as the increase of literary sites and channels, the examination of ordinary and non-professional individuals, and the multimedia content of virtual literature. إن الانتشار الواسع لتکنولوجیا الاتصالات و المعلومات الرقمیّه التی أدت إلی ظهور مواقع تخصصیه وشخصیّه تهتم بالمجال الأدبی فی عالم الإنترنت وشبکات التواصل الاجتماعی فی الهواتف المحموله، أصبحت انطلاقه لنشرٍ واسع للأعمال الأدبیه فی الفضاء الإلکترونی و الافتراضی، و یمکن اطلاق تسمیه " نظریه الأدب الافتراضی" علی هذه الحاله للتعامل معها کنظریه جدیده فی عالم الأدب و الفن، یمکن أن تهدد الطریقه التقلیدیه لنشر الأدب المکتوب لتخلق طریقه جدیده فی هذا المجال. یسعی البحث الحالی بعد وصف و تعریف الواقع الموجود فی العالم الافتراضی إلی تقدیم الأدله اللازمه لعرض "نظریه الأدب الافتراضی" وفق أسس علمیه. إن تعریف الادب الإفتراضی و بیان العوامل و الخلفیات لظهور الأدب الافتراضی کـ: زیاده المواقع والقنوات الأدبیه، واختبار الأشخاص العادیین و غیر المحترفین لقدراتهم و مواهبهم، و تعدد المحتوی للأدب الافتراضی، یمکن اعتبارها من نتائج هذا البحث.
