Journal Article 2025 07 13 <span><span><span><span><span>The main purpose of this paper is to identify the vocational support methods for new teachers worldwide. In this qualitative research with the emergence design, the technique of thematic analysis (Attride-Stirling) was used to analyze the themes of English papers on the Induction published from 2010 to 2020, and selected from three data-bases by using a systematic text review model. After using the MAXQDA software, the data were analyzed in the form of two comprehensive, six organized, and 29 basic themes. The results show that the informal Induction for new teachers includes two components of "out-school support" and "in-school support" that complement each other. The vocational support has made teachers more resilient and efficient. Accordingly, it is suggested that our new teachers and educational system use this global experience and to increase the efficiency and sustainability of new teachers, there capacities should be utilized in the communication networks of their living and working environment.</span></span></span></span></span><br> <span>الغرض من هذه الورقه هو تحدید طرق الدعم المهنی غیر الرسمیه للمعلمین الجدد فی جمیع أنحاء العالم</span><span dir="LTR"><span>.</span><span> فی هذا البحث النوعی ذی التصمیم العام، تم استخدام طریقه تحلیل الموضوع، بأسلوب أتراید-إسترلینک، من أجل تحلیل الموضوعات المشتقه من المقالات الإنجلیزیه المتعلقه بـ«الدعم المهنی» للمعلمین الجدد. فقمنا باستخدام نموذج مراجعه نصی منهجی أولاً، وتم اختیار المقالات لعام 2010-2020 من ثلاث قواعد بیانات، وتم اختیارها ثم تحلیلها باستخدام برنامج</span> <span dir="LTR"><span>MAXQDA</span> <span>فی شکل موضوعین شاملین و6 موضوعات تنظیمیه و29 موضوعًا أساسیًا</span><span dir="LTR"><span>.</span><span> تظهر النتائج أن الدعم المهنی غیر الرسمی للمعلمین الجدد یتضمن عنصرین؛ «الدعم خارج المدرسه» و«الدعم داخل المدرسه» وهما مکملان</span><span dir="LTR"><span>.</span><span> وجعلت برامج العنصر الأول غیر الرسمیه للمعلمین الجدد أکثر مرونه وکفاءه</span><span dir="LTR"><span>.</span><span> وفقًا لذلک، یُقترح أن یستخدم مدرسونا الجدد ونظامنا التعلیمی هذه التجربه العالمیه ولزیاده کفاءه واستدامه المعلمین الجدد، واستخدام القدرات الموجوده فی شبکات الاتصال فی بیئه معیشتهم وعملهم</span><span dir="LTR"><span>.</span><br> https://aijh.modares.ac.ir/article_19991_46bcb8f7477c1c33cf6dd9dd5c8045a3.pdf
