However, few studies have examined the causes that influence such consequences. This survey and applied research aims to study and identify factors affecting the outcomes of incubation with acceleration approach and the role of networking, financial support as well as technical facilities in this regard were assessed. The required data collected through a questionnaire from a sample of 45 managers and staff of 15 academic incubators in Tehran province and the data analysis was performed through correlation and regression methods. Research findings indicate that three variables of networking, finance and technical facilities have positive effects on incubation outcomes in academic incubators. In addition, the adjusted coefficient of determination indicates that these three variables account for 0.53 variations in incubation outcomes.<span dir="RTL"></span> <span>إنّ عملیه الحضانه القائمه علی النموذج التسریعی لها نتائج عدیده مثل ارتقاء مصالح المبدعین الجامعیین، وخلق فرص العمل، ونقل العلم والتکنولوجیا، وتشکیل مؤسسات مستدامه، وتکوین المصالح الاجتماعیه، وتحسین معدل بقاء الأعمال والمشاغل، وتسریع عملیه خلق المشاغل والأعمال، وتعزیز الإبداع والابتکار، وتنمیه اقتصاد البلاد. ومع هذه الأهمیه إلا أنّ بحوثا قلیله هی التی تطرقت إلی دراسه العوامل المؤثره علی مثل هذه النتائج. إنّ البحث المسحی والوظیفی الراهن یسعی لدراسه وتحدید العوامل المؤثره فی نتائج عملیه الحضانه القائمه علی النموذج التسریعی وتقییم دور صناعه الشبکات والدعم المالی وکذلک التسهیلات والخدمات الفنیه فی هذا الخصوص. وقد تم جمع البیانات والمعلومات التی نحتاجها فی هذا الصدد من خلال استماره عرضت علی عینه بحث بلغ تعدادها 45 من مدراء وموظفی 15 مرکزا من المراکز التنمویه الجامعیه فی محافظه طهران، فیما تم تحلیل البیانات عبر تحلیل ورجرسیون الترابطی. إنّ نتائج البحث کشفت أنّ ثلاثه متغیرات هی صناعه الشبکات والأمور المالیه والتسهیلات الفنیه لها تأثیر إیجابی علی نتائج عملیه الحضانه فی المراکز التنمویه الجامعیه. کما أنّ نسبه المعامل المحدده تظهر أنّ هذه المتغیرات الثلاث استطاعت أن تکشف 53% من التغییرات فی نتائج عملیه الحضانه.</span> https://aijh.modares.ac.ir/article_19915_dbc52e4cacdf6537676c04fbcfca8941.pdf
